Barsi Lab Internship

Personal Profile

I grew up in Singapore and the Netherlands – always living near the ocean – and recently completed my undergraduate studies in Marine Science at the Scottish Association for Marine Science. During the summer of 2021 I did a remote internship in the Barsi lab on Differential Gene Expression Analysis in Sea Urchins. Now I've just started my Erasmus Mundus masters in ‘Marine Environment’ (Mer+). 

My academic interests include ecology and ecotoxicology (e.g. genetic & epigenetic effects of metals on marine organisms).
